In case you don't know who he is:
Pico is a character on NG. He is pretty much it's mascot. He first appeared in "Pico's School" which was made in 1999. He is now very popular on NG and even has his own "day", which is today.

It HAS been a long time since last time. I might not make any flashes anymore, since I uninstalled it. :( But I'll still be on here, starting NOW. :D
